Except MQTT No problem for the other feature (200 m2 is small area so the Denna can work with only one battery without issue).
The real question is "a reasonable budget?",for only 200 m2 maybe a new commercial mower can do the stuff but
To know the real cost:
Try to make a list in Ardumower shop of what you want and i tell you what is OK and Not.
You don't need GPS ,IMU,BT module from shop.
In China you need to order RFID receiver with ESP32 and cards, 2 waterproof Sonar sensor, GY88 IMU,Raspberry Pi3B+(If you want MQTT maybe the ZERO W is not OK)

Budgetwise I aim to get below 180 EUR / 200 USD for the parts.
Appreciate if you could have a look at the attached "kitlist" and let me know if what items must be added or should be dropped in your opinion when used with a Denna L600 with a good original battery pack.

Hi.

For me NO certainly more than 300 Eur..
I fast check your list but you forget the motor driver and the full sender kit (You can't reuse the Denna signal)
The price never include transport on aliexpress ?
The Price for PI screen is not OK.

Hi all

Before my tread Is completely high checked i will Report some of my steps ahead. B)

The lawn Frame Is done so that the mower Is in possition to now into the Edge as well the border of it.

Than i Start my cnc milling Maschine and made some Old Metal

And the both chassi Parts Look now After bendig and welding. So please be aware it Is not grindet jet.

Next Will Be that i grind the bearing housings for the axles and the assambly can start.

Hi

First fitcheck dose not look too bad.

Only thing is I have to move the axles 2mm to the outside, as the fit Is too close here. Wile design i made cad model with 2mm bend and in reality we used tooling for 1mm only... as the 2mm tooling set was not available.

But over all it Looks very good I think.

Hi all

as I going on with the assambly of my mower I remak that I forgot someting a Little.
The charging Station.
I planed to go ito the charing stations from 2 sides, so I plan to have a "drive trough".
A normal charing station has a positve and a negative pole. So wenn i come from the other side the polaryty is wrong.

Solution mithgh be having AC at these point and transvere to DC in the mower.

Do somebody have realized some charing station as I plan, already?

Other solution would be to have charing point at the side, as the Landroid Works doing it.

HI.
Maybe it's also easy to build a kind of door at the rear of charging that the mower can only pass on one direction.
Also it's not possible for the mower to track in the wrong direction, it's Always clockwise.
