Hallo,
es scheint mit bestimmten Versionen des BLE-Moduls oder bestimmte BLE-Firmwares oder bestimmten Handy-Modellen oder bestimmten Kombinationen (BLE-Modul+Handy) ein Problem mit der BLE-Kommunikation zu geben. Hiermit versuchen wir betroffene Module/Firmwares/Geräte über eine Statistik einzugrenzen. Es wäre toll wenn möglichst viele mitmachen :) Frage: welches BLE-Modul (Bezeichnung steht auf dem Modul) und welche Firmware (steht in der Arduino IDE serial console) und welches Handy-Modell setzt Du ein und wie stabil läuft die Verbindung damit? Vielen Dank für Eure Mithilfe :)

it seems certain BLE module versions or certain phone models or certain combinations (BLE module+firmware+mobile) have issues with the BLE communication. We try to find affected modules/phones via statistics. Question: which BLE-module (you can find the type on your module) and which BLE-firmware (you can find via Arduino serial monitor) and which phone do you use and how stable does the connection work with it? Thank you for taking your time and your feedback :)

I'm starting with my own devices and modules:
BLE module ZS-040, Firmware V4.2.0 Bluetooth V4.0 LE and HUAWEI Y6 2019, MRD-LX1, Android 9.10.381 : works stable
BLE module ZS-040, Firmware V4.2.0 Bluetooth V4.0 LE and iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13.3 : works stable

BLE module ZS-040 (FW version v5.3) has problems with the following devices:
  • iPad Pro with iPadOS 14.4
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (SM-N960F) ) with Android 10
  • Samsung Galaxy A6
  • Samsung Galaxy A40, Android 9, One-UI 1.1
All devices show the same problem as described here.

I would be good to mention the firmware version of the HM-10 module., i.e. the output of the AT+VERSION command. It can be found in the Sunray console output.
For example:
  • Alexander's ZS-40: "+VERSION=Firmware V4.2.0,Bluetooth V4.0 LE"
  • My ZS-40: "+VERSION=v5.3"
Same module, but completely different output of the version command. Very likely compatibility problems are caused by the firmware.
 
DSD-TECH HM-10 Module (Version: DSD-TECH V551) works stable with the following devices:
  • iPad Pro with iPadOS 14.4
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (SM-N960F) ) with Android 10
PS: Some small changes in the Sunray AT command handling are required for this module. This module uses the firmware from www.jnhuamao.cn.
 

HiLetgo CC2541 + LG LM-G710TM (Android 10) works fine as far as I know;-)​

HM10 CC2540 Firmware? War vor 1 Jhr nicht Lieferbar hier im Shop den mitgelieferten habe ich nicht zum laufen bekommen und den halt bei Ebay gekauft.
Wenn mir einer sagt wie ich die Firmware sehen kann poste ich Sie gerne hier.

es kann gut sein, dass das "Problem" beim BLE-Modul / dessen Firmware liegt.
Kannst Du uns zu den weiteren Infos Auskunft geben um die Liste zu ergänzen?
