The Wiki appears to be broken

When I browse to http://wiki.ardumower.de/ it always redirects me to https://wiki.ardumower.de/
When the page loads, I do not see any styling (see attached).

It appears that the problem is that the page is loading the stylesheets over HTTP, and my web browser refuses to load HTTP pages when the site itself is HTTPS.

Any ideas what's going on, and how long it's been broken? (Is it just me?)

Sample errors from my browser:
