Request DOCK

I have a request.
Can you add a code so that the robot doesn't come out if you press DOCK while the robot is charging and already in its house?

It's not supposed to do this. Can you give more details on the robot (e.g. Alfred or Ardumower) and robot firmware version (e.g. 1.0.318) you are using? Maybe showing a short video of the problem would help as well...

I have Ardumower, firm 230
When the robot is in her house, DOCK. If i press on Dock buttom, the robot goes out, and docking.

The firmware v.1.0.230 is quite old, did you try out a newer version already?

Other question. For you, what is the maximum Ampers for the mowing motor we can allow to don't break the mower ?

Depends on the motor driver you are using, the max. current values can be found in the motor driver chip datasheets of the motor drivers e.g.

• brushed motor driver (MC33926) approx. 3A
• brushless motor driver (TI DRV8308) approx. 3.5A
• brushless motor driver (JYQD2021 etc.) approx. 15A
• brushless motor driver (ACT BLDC8015A-0) approx. 15A
• ...

Note: This is the max. current the motor driver chips can handle if they are cooled. If not cooled, the max. current is significantly lower. So, to the get the actual maximum current out of the motor driver you need to cool the motor driver chips (with a proper heatsink, fan etc.).
