Can you add a code so that the robot doesn't come out if you press DOCK while the robot is charging and already in its house?

It's not supposed to do this. Can you give more details on the robot (e.g. Alfred or Ardumower) and robot firmware version (e.g. 1.0.318) you are using? Maybe showing a short video of the problem would help as well...
Note: This is the max. current the motor driver chips can handle if they are cooled. If not cooled, the max. current is significantly lower. So, to the get the actual maximum current out of the motor driver you need to cool the motor driver chips (with a proper heatsink, fan etc.).
