Order shows not shipped

I placed an order on July 3, 2021. It still shows not shipped? Are there issues with my order? I tried the "contact us" messaging a few times and no one responded?

That's really interesting. @Hendo7085 My package never made it to the USPS side. Even though it was in the Frankfurt's airport on July 2nd.

Did you receive your package by now?
