Try to adjust the PID into perimeter setting and if it's already very smooth simply test by changing the block inner wheel setting to YES to avoid that one wheel have his rotation inverted and simply stop
This message come from a software motor protection and indicate that one wheel change roll direction in less than 20 ms for example .But the PWM value are value low, so no problem.
The issue occurs on a straight line on a flat piece of grass. Perimeter tracking is almost smooth to my opinion. Block inner wheel is set to yes to my knowledge.
