may be you organize github source storage ?

We are using SVN (we may change later), and that also offers a diff feature:
https://code.google.com/p/ardumower/source/list
Click on the revision, and then on 'diff' and it will show the changes

@djekk: Yes, but it's very experimental (not final, not stable) - for older, but stable builds, use the Download section.
