Battery discharging when charger connected.

I replaced the mower INA with the station INA... the same. I would say, both are working.

Changed jumper JP4 and JP5, now JP5 is closed:

Attached the charger to the socket:
- Mower beeps once
- Relay switched ONCE
- internal station LED is on
- charger LED is green :-(
- state of Ardumower switches from CHARG to STAT to CHARG to STAT to CHARGE...
- Battery: 23.88V, Charge: 28.59V 0.00A

One additional hint: if I connect the charger direct to the battery, charger turns to red.

Hi Dennis you must setup the charging voltage below in the APP

Have not changed the default settings, see below:

Which parameter should I change? As a try I changed the last value (Battery is fully charged...) to 0.00A, since then the state isn't changing between CHARG and STAT, but the battery is still not really charging, the battery voltage is decreasing (now down to 23.70V).

Just to tell the entire story: When I assembled the mower two months ago I had a short shortage with the cables of the battery. Is it possible, that the battery lost it charging feature?

I think no.
But is the fuse interrupted?

I mean the section "charging starts if Voltage is below"

Do you use the original ArduMower-Board?

In your picture i can't see the actual battery Voltage

What Azurit version do you use (pfodApp->Info)? You could try latest developer version (https://github.com/Ardumower/ardumower ->Button: Clone or Download), there have been some changes/corrections for battery charging.

Both fuses are undamaged/intact.
Actual battery voltage is 23.65V < "charging starts if Voltage is below" (27.00V) ==> should charge.
I use ArduMower-Board 1.2 . I used hardware from the shop only.

Have 1.0a6-Azurit, downloaded it in February 2017. OK, I will test the dev version.

I tried "1.0a7-dev, 1.3 Mega": no differences. Same behavior. But sometimes I can see for one moment a 3.6A or 12.00A current in the ArduRemote-App. But in general it remains at 0.00A current.

Changed JP4 and JP5 again, the relay is opened and closed permanently. I'm going crazy :-( :-(

OK, let me sumarize:
When you are in station yellow led on the sender is on - it's nok, when charging must blink. So no charging.
With different jp4 and jp5 relay is on (without arduino control) or clicking (arduino controled). So relay coil is working.
Charger connected to battery goes red. It's good, battery/charger is OK.
So you must measure why charging voltage doesn't go from charger to battery = due to shortcut damaged PCB connection or relay contacts damaged. Do you have a multimetr?

Not exactly. The yellow/amber led in the station is blinking, also the white led of the nano, which also display the charging mode I guess... because it's off, if I remove the power from the contacts and start blinking if I connect it. I tried my two INA169 to check if one current sensor is defective. In case it is necessary: the relay was already on the socket... I do not know how to remove it. There is a kind of clip, but I don't want to damage it.

Yes, I have a multimeter and I'm open for any measurement :)

Could you copy&paste the serial console output (Serial monitor in Arduino IDE) of the last 20 seconds when this is happening?

Is attached. I truncated some redundant but identical sections of lines... had not found my smartphone... If you need more/another output, feel free to ask.

I'm concerned about these repeating lines:

Code:
loadSaveRobotStats: write
loadSaveRobotStats addrstop=822

I thank you so much! I hope, we can find the reason.

Sometimes, the ArduRemote App shows me even 15A... Yes, I have a multimeter and I know the basics...

Hallo Dennis

Hello Dennis
D3, I can not see under the usb plug, but must be closed with a wire bridge
D4 must also be closed with a wire bridge or the jumper
R19 I can not see unfortunately but must be closed with a wire bridge or a diode polarized properly

Oh! My! Goodness! It works! :) Indeed, I missed the two wire bridges. Charger is turning red, the relay switches once and only once. I'm endless thankful for the great help. Unbelievable. Thanks to Alex (alda), Bernard, Jürgen (elektronikjogi), Alexander (nero76) and finally Uwe (kurzschuss), who found the embarrassing bug. Pics below.

Now only correct curent reading (1259,7A is too high, but with charger from the shop charging stops anyway ) and it's done completely.

Would guess it is a bug in 1.0.7-Azurit-dev. Nero76 asked me, if I could test my problem with this version. Now I downgraded to the last stable version and it is fine:

I guess the value in 1.0.7 is mA and not A.
