Anybody has run their perimeter cable under the concrete paving stones.

Is there anybody that has a (succesfull) experience with having the perimeter cable sitting underneath the concrete paving stones?
Just thinking through my possible options to guide the mower to another mowing area.

And if you have a succesfull experience, how is your setup?

always depends on how thick your paving stone is. At 8 cm it didn't work for me.

• Manual intervention would render the entire project useless in my opinion, and looking at the emoticon, you would agree...
• Why not RTK/GPS is because of multiple reasons
  • Note: I really admire the current way of how the RTK/GPS is being implemented at the moment. Great work from @AlexanderG and compliments for his commitment to make (and keep) it working.
  • The costs of reliably implementing this are one of the reasons for holding me back. It almost doubles the initial costs of getting started with my first ardumower.
    • Reliable would mean my own base station
  • The dependance on a mobile app (paid or unpaid) for configuring the setup is another reason that is holding me back.

Off course there is more to the story, but these reasons would be the major ones for now.
