ACT Brushless Adapter Board

Hi

I am hoping someone can help me. i have the ACT brushless adapter board and i cant get any ticks from the right motor. I dont have any oscilloscope or anything to do any testing. But what i have done so far.

1. I have swapped the left motor and driver to the right side. I still cant get clicks from the right side.
2. I have swapped the mower motor with the right side and changed the pinouts. i still get no ticks on the right

I am suspicious about the adapter board. but cant be sure. Is there any other tests i can do that will prove where the fault is.
