Unregelmäßige Marotronics

Hallo allerseits,
Zuallererst möchte ich keinen Benutzer oder Mitwirkenden an dem Projekt entmutigen.
Was ich will, ist, dass es vorankommt und besser wird. Ich rate Ihnen, Ihre Marotronics-Bestellungen intensiv zu überprüfen, da ich zum zweiten Mal ein Kit bestellt habe und Komponenten zufällig fehlen. Das erste Mal die Crash-Sensoren.
Beim zweiten Mal der Mittelmotor, das Plastikrad und die RTC.
Ich bin Mitglied des Forums und sehe, dass es mehr Leute mit dieser Art von Problem gibt. Ich verstehe, dass Markus hart arbeitet, aber wenn dieses Problem nicht behoben wird, laufen wir Gefahr, beim Kauf der Kits in seinem Geschäft oder bei neuen Benutzern Unsicherheit zu erzeugen.
Ich habe Markus bereits über das Webformular kommuniziert, weiß aber nicht, ob er diese Nachrichten beantwortet.
Ich spreche kein Deutsch, also kann ich auch nicht mit ihm telefonieren, ich hätte viel Ärger, hahaha. Ich fordere jeden auf, der ihm am nächsten steht, meine Enttäuschung mitzuteilen.
Ich freue mich immer noch auf dieses Projekt und hoffe, dass dies zu einer Verbesserung des Projekts im Allgemeinen beitragen wird.

Hello everyone,
I too do not speak German, I am French and I am having trouble with Marotronics.
I did not order the complete brushless kit because there are too many parts out of stock.
I only ordered what was available on 9/15/21.
I received the package on 10/06/21.

I started to assemble the chassis:
- 5 screws M8 x 16 mm are missing (Fixing above)
- 20 screws M6 x 12 mm are missing (for slotted nuts)
- Bumper: 4 washers Ø 10 instead of Ø 8

Pos 4: Received 6 screws: 5 Lg 16mm (too long for slotted nut) and 1 Lg 12 mm = OK
Pos 5: Received 46 slotted nuts: I understand that there are 20 included with the frame assembly, but this is not indicated on the nomernclature, which is why I ordered 26. I So I have 20 too many. Can I send them back to you, tell me?

I contacted Marotronics through the ’contact form’ on 10/14/21, and I still have no response, nor the parts.

I also started the PCB assembly:
- 4 x 22 µF capacitors are missing
- 2 unnecessary 2200 µF capacitors (Brushless motors)
- 1 ESP 32 connection cable is missing
- The 3 cables are missing for the ultrasonic modules
- The cable for the bumper is missing
- The 2 cables are missing for the 2 traction motors

And I am waiting to order the availability of:
1x ArduMower Brushless Adapter Board - BLDC
2x ArduMower Brushless Driver for Drive Motor
1x Kopie von ArduMower Brushless Driver für Antriebsmotor

I'm sorry but that makes a lot of mistakes for a single command + Markus' lack of information takes away trust.
Thanks if anyone from the ArduMower team can step in.
