Sonar Test Issue - Right Sensor Not Working

I am in the middle of building out my brushed ardumower kit I purchased last year. I soldered identical wires up for each of the 3 sonar sensors, wired them up, then ran the AT+F test. The left and center sensor work as expected, but the right sensor outputs 1 or 0 somewhat randomly. I'm not sure if anyone has run into similar issues in the past.

I visually checked the cables, which all look identical and are hooked up the same way to the sensors. May do a continuity test if no one has any ideas. It just seems odd that the output is changing between 0 and 1 sometimes for the right sensor, rather than staying at some fixed value. The only other thing I could think of is maybe the pin configuration isn't correct, but I'm not sure how to go about determining that.

Well, it isn't a configuration issue. I plugged the right sensor and cable inter the center position and I get the same 1 or 0 response from it. So, going to check the cable further for any issues.
 
Think I figured it out. One of the wires coming out of the white plug seems to have an internal break in it. Thought it was a problem with my soldering, but that looks good. There is no continuity between the contact in the white plug and the solder joint.
