(SOLVED) Ardumower doesn't move if MOW is ON

Hello!
I'm testing in some mapping and uploading maps to the rover.
I have solid FIX with RTK but when i push the START button in the app I hear the Mow motor start and stop but Ardumower doesn't move.
If I select Mow is OFF in the app the rover start to his automomous navigation through all the waypoints.

If I click Mow in On during autonomuous navigation the Ardumower stop immediately and start the Mow motor without moving.

I can't understand. Any suggestions?

My mowing motor haven't a RPM sensor.
