Perimeter wire in narrow path

Hello all,

I have a challenge in setting up my perimeter wire.

Between the trampoline and the fence, I have about 40cm width of grass.
I would like the grass to be used (mowed) when tracking the perimeter wire (that works)
But the mower sometime gets stuck on the narrow piece.

Any tips on how I can prevent the mower from entering that small piece, but still let it use it when tracking the perimeter wire?
