Mehrere Probleme - Hauptproblem stromsensor

Ich habe jetzt auf dem Tisch beteiligten Grundlagen der Elektronik ( 2xmotor, 2x L298N Motortreiber, 2x Stromsensor-Modul ACS712-5, 1x Bluetooth module mit software ) und jetz meine Frage :

1: In apfodapp in Menüeinstellungmotor - Ich sehe den Stromverbrauch - links 1A rechts 0,1A, aber der Motor nicht läuft. Bei der Ausführung ist die Stromverbrauch 3A - Das ist falsch. Gibt es eine Kalibrierung? Oder ?

2: In Menü "manual" - Als ich nach vorne schieben, reagiert die Maschine auf die drängenden mehrmals, und der Motor läuft für ca. 2 Sekunden und stoppt dann. Was ist falsch?

Sorry für die schlechte Deutsch. Kann ich immer noch in Englisch zu schreiben.

EDIT :

Als ich in der "command menu" Auto-Modus setzen - Der Motor beginnt Spin und State is FORW. Nach 2 sekunden Motor stoppt und State is ERR. ERR = error ?? Wie kann ich wissen, welche Fehler ??

I hope it's ok to answer in English.

1. Yes, you can calibrate the offset and scale. See pfodApp->Settings and thereunder 'Mow' or 'Motors'.
2. If you get an error, see pfodApp->Error counters.

to point 2 :
Error counters I checked - here I can see :
IMU comm 0
IMU tilt 0
Perimeter comm 0
RTC comm 255
RTC data 0

I also checked setting timer - and here is USE NO.
So, does it mean that RTC ( real time clock must be connected all the time ? )

to point 1 :
Settingmotors - I see :
Current l,r
1.86,3.49 ( values are still changing )
Current max 30
and sense zero l 511
sense zero r 511

when I will change sense zero to 425 - current l will jump to 86A

So this adjustment isn't really clear for me.
Please can you explain ?

All components which I'm using are from the ardumower-shop.

Hallo,

To point 2 :
I installed RTC DS1307 - now problem with bad system reaction is away and also motor stop with ERR is away. But why it's so bad working without RTC - I don't know. (SW bug ?)

To point 1 - current measurement :
When motors doesn't run, I measure on the Stromsensor-Modul ACS712-5 stable voltage 2,46V ( with Vcc 4,91V ) and if I will look into documentation for ACS current sensor, it's 0A - why pfodApp shows me 1,2A ? I really don't know how to correct, because zero sense change makes it only worse. Is possible that's a SW bug ?
How the current is calculated ?

Ich habe weitere Tests und das Signal von der alc712 ist stabil, aber nicht stabil Analogwert.

Vielleicht, wenn sw gezählt Durchschnitt mehrerer Messungen, wäre das Ergebnis stabiler. Was sind Ihre aktuellen Wert? Stabil?
