Hallo an alle,

Danke, Nico.

9V is OK on the output of DC/DC i suppose ?
Have you the 9V on PCB1.3 Vin of the Arduino (With and Without the DUE)
Try to connect on table Only the Vin and GND with wire from PCB1.3 to DUE and check 3.3 and 5 V on due

JP8 Always ON ?

The 3.3 and 5v is normal 0 without due but it is not exactly what i want to know.
Remove the due from the pcb.
Use wire to connect vin and ground from pcb to due
And check the 5 and 3.3 on the due output.

It is to check the due dc/dc stepdown.
Normaly i will be ok.
Certainly a shortcut or capacitor or diode in wrong way on the pcb
Check them again or send zoom picture of different parts of the pcb

Test without all the other component motor driver led rtc etc
For the battery if it is more than 24V when all is on it is ok

What is the 3.3V and 5V of the Due when powered using PC USB ?
If it's not 5V and 3.3V Certainly DC/DC step down of the Due is dead.
Maybe a shortcut on the board when soldering or diode inversion.

If you have 9V accu test this

Certainly your Due is dead.
You need to have 5V and 3.3V on the output of the Due when power it using Vin.

If you have only plug the Due to the PCB1.3 check for PCB shortcut before testing a new one.

Normaly when you test the system the DUE is powered by the PC USB (to see the console).
So if it did not work like that it is dead
Try to check the resistor (Why not ?)

Using the external 5 Volts certainly change all the Analog accuracy and it's better to avoid.
