100 uF capacitors (Kondensator)

Hi,
I have soldered the 100uF capacitors to the top of the board as I was following this diagram and the instructions did not mention putting it under the board (the 1000Uf goes under the board)

as can be seen in the attached image, it doesn't fit with the DC converter, am I missing something?
