Hi, I just dropped the PWM to about 235 or so. It helped quite significantly with the noise, but still cuts well. Any other upgrade plans, as the spring approaches (I'm afraid that there will be no winter here)?

I'm planning to use my old garage too. The charging contacts however - is the interesting part. I use the one with micro switches. And just by bending those metal legs on the switches it is possible to change "sensitivity" quite radically, _without changing_ the trigger part.

What are your plans regarding charging (station) for the mower? On my previous version, I've used two metal plates on the top and two pieces of metal hanging from the top in the charging station. Not sure if this approach will be suitable with the 3d printed one.

I think there's no passing wheel in the Shop. If I get it right, it should be 75mm diameter wheel, but I couldn't find any with 50x40mm. And the ones that I've tried (attaching using 2 bolts), they touch the shell when robot goes reverse. For exmaple, I've tried this one...
